Refund Policy

Who sells SpeaD

SpeaD is published by Redrock Acoustics LLC, 5 Sundagger Loop, Placitas, NM 87043, USA. Orders placed online are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which handles payment, invoicing and sales tax. Orders paid by bank transfer are invoiced by Redrock Acoustics LLC directly.

Perpetual licences: 14-day refund

This applies to SpeaD Single, SpeaD Professional, additional seats, upgrades from an earlier SpeaD, and the Box & Crossover Designer module.

If SpeaD is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of the purchase date and we will refund the full purchase price. When the refund is made, the licence key is deactivated and SpeaD stops working on every computer it was activated on.

After 14 days, purchases are not refundable, except where the law of your country gives you a longer right.

Annual licences and subscriptions

This applies to SpeaD A, SpeaD FEA, their additional seats, the month-to-month plans and the update subscription.

• SpeaD A and SpeaD FEA include a 14-day free trial. The trial is the evaluation period, so you can decide before you are charged.
• You can cancel at any time. The licence then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew.
• We do not refund part of a period, except where the law of your country requires it.
• Ending an annual licence never affects a perpetual SpeaD licence you own.

Bank transfer orders

The same 14-day period applies. We refund the amount we received. Bank and transfer charges, at either end, are not refundable.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits a right you have under the law of your country. Consumers in some countries have a statutory right to cancel a purchase of digital content within a set period, and Paddle applies those rights to orders it processes.

How to ask for a refund

• Email pt@redrockacoustics.com with your name, your order number or licence key, and the date of purchase.
• Online orders are refunded through Paddle to the original payment method. You can also contact Paddle directly using the link in your order confirmation email.
• Bank transfer orders are refunded by bank transfer to the account the payment came from.

We confirm every refund request by email, normally within one business day.
